The future of care is agile, responsive, and person-directed.

The home care experience has traditionally been measured in the number of hours and visits completed. But the quality of that experience is shaped just as much by what happens between visits and by the degree of choice and control people have over the supports that affect their daily lives.

Gotcare is a Canadian care platform helping people access safe, responsive, personalized support at home and in their communities. We provide the infrastructure for continuous care through local care providers, dedicated navigation, virtual clinical services, proactive check-ins, and digital health tools.

This gives individuals and families peace of mind through greater visibility, choice, and control over who provides care, how it is delivered, and how it adapts as needs change. A person's care and safety can be supported through a reminder before medication is missed, a virtual check-in when something changes, or rapid in-home support before a small concern becomes an emergency.

The result is care that begins sooner, reaches people wherever they live, and supports independence rather than replacing it while ensuring safety along the way.

Better care is built on trust and collaboration

Our mission

To deliver the best and safest care possible in the comfort of the home, enabled by greater trust and collaboration between people who need care, people who provide care, and people who fund care.

Our vision

To create relationship-driven health care experiences that are safe, equitable, personalized, and maximize appropriate technology.

What guides us

People direct their care

Individuals and families should have meaningful choice and authority over the support systems that shape their daily lives. We design care with people, not for them.

Relationships create better care

Consistency, trust, cultural understanding, and shared experience matter. A meaningful care relationship is more than a completed task.

Proactive safety

Client safety relies on catching small changes early, creating a proactive shield before a crisis occurs.

Good care depends on good work

Care workers deserve a living wage, manageable travel, flexible opportunities, and the support they need to do their best work.

Technology strengthens human connection

Technology should create more time for care, improve communication, and provide better information. It should never replace human judgment or compassion.

Quality care should be accessible everywhere

People in rural, remote, and underserved communities deserve the same access to safe, responsive, and people-centred care.

How Gotcare began

Gotcare was built around a simple idea: better home care should work for everyone involved.

  • Individuals and families should be able to find support without navigating a maze of agencies and administrative requirements.
  • Care workers should be able to build meaningful and sustainable careers in their own communities.
  • Governments, insurers, and health systems should be able to see whether care is working - and adapt services before people fall through the cracks.

By bringing those perspectives together, Gotcare has grown from a new approach to matching care into a national platform for coordinating responsive, patient-directed support.
